Mind’s Young People Survey - Information for Young People
We’re Mind. We help everyone to understand mental health and wellbeing and give information and support so people feel less alone.
We want to improve the support that is available to young people aged 13-24. But to do that, we need to hear about your experiences outside of school – the things that make you feel sad or overwhelmed, stressed or anxious. We want to know where you go when you feel like you need help and what more could be done to support people your age.
Whether you have struggled with your mental health or not, by telling us what you think, you can have a say in an important issue and help make sure other people your age get the best support when they’re finding it hard to cope.
We’ve created an online survey for you to fill in. It’s really easy to access from your laptop, tablet or smartphone and should only take about ten minutes. It’s totally anonymous too; the only personal information we need is your date of birth.

If you would like to continue shaping Mind’s work with young people, there will be an opportunity at the end of the survey to sign up to receive regular updates and chances to get involved.
